No good! I'm planning on ordering a 24.75" Scale conversion neck but I can't find anything about the size of the fretboard overhang, which could be an issue for me. I can see that the standard 25.5" necks have a 1/4" 22 fret overhang (right?) but the 24.75" fretboard is clearly a different shape. 2019-11-23 · Does anyone know if other Squires were the 24.75 scale? I heard some MIJ Fenders were. But I have what I believe to be a 1983 MIJ Tele. I am not dead sure if it's MIJ but I remember it being an '83 and not USA. anyway the neck on that one is ultra slim but 25.5. The neck was off once a long time ago.

It had amber tint on it when I got it the holes are 11/32 opening and used the vintage fender type tuners. Truss rod adjustment is on the butt end.
